Psychomotor (Body): Motor skills, manipulative skills, movement patterns, and fitness components that students will develop and apply to perform a variety of physical activities and everyday tasks.
Cognitive (Brain): The knowledge and intellectual skills students will acquire related to performance of skills, awareness of rules and tactics, and health components by understanding, recalling, analyzing, applying, evaluating and creating.
Affective (Feelings): Focuses on student's feelings, attitudes, interests, and values about movement. In PE we discuss assessing the development of personal and social behaviors.
